      Pros

      The employees generally have a very good attitude and seem to want to be there. Management keep employees up to date on continuing education.

      Cons

      All of the Child Care Partners on the Med Surg floors have to float to other units frequently without a pay incentive. If you are hired as a float pool CCP you get paid more, but you do not get paid more if you float as a CCP from a Med Surg unit.

      The people go above and beyond in terms of caring for patients and families.

      Cons

      Ancillary Services must be more highly valued by administration and made a priority. Need an art therapist and a music therapist.

      I love working at Children's Hospital. Great culture in which everyone seems very friendly and supportive. I like seeing all the children and families and knowing what we do and what I do supports the mission.

      Nothing. I have no complaints.
