Some of the culture concepts are helpful. It is nice that there is dedicated work to create a strong culture and transparancy around employee surveys. The new CEO, Gil, seems like a delight.

Cons

Strong heirarchy within this organization. This creates an environment of extreme micro-management, while somehow leaders still not knowing or acknnowledging what our day-to-day looks like, or even what our accomplishments and strengths are. The above-and-beyond work that I do often goes unrecognized, and sometimes even taken credit for by my leader. Many responses by executive leadership to tough questions are vague and political, offering no follow-up or actionable consideration.
