-Many opportunities for trainings and education that are paid for or reimbursed by Children's -Exposure to many evidence-based therapy models! -Depending on your manager you may have flexibility within your work schedule.

Cons

-Holidays come out of earned vacation time, time off is very limited. No extra sick days provided-this comes out of earned time off -Minimal room for growth -Productivity requirements continue to rise
