Pros

Overall I have enjoyed my time here. The workplace is more like family than coworkers. It can be extremely stressful at times, but management does a good job at trying to support everyone and their needs.

Cons

Classrooms have lots of behavioral problems. Ratios are high, although that’s not necessarily the company’s fault. Low pay for amazing teachers, lots of turnover.
