Pros

May have a chance to jump start some projects without much experience

Cons

the owner of this company; Hamdi, appears as a very nice person in all over in the media and even in real life; however, he fires people without a notice! You come to work and find your self unemployed on the same day! He does not value any thing but being rich!His management style reflects all over the company. Does not matter if you are doing your job 100% if it does not fit his style, you could be fired at any moment. They even expect you to be at work the very next day even if you lost your child! This is not a place if you want your management/company to treat you humanly.

Pros

Free Yougert and some nice people in Twin Falls.

Cons

This company is an unethical nightmare and the core values are non existent and a joke. Exc team doest talk to each other. Sr Managers are also investment bankers....who don't care about the company. No one really knows what's going on. The founder and CEO doesn't understand the business or his staff. Walks around shouting at employees. If your not in Manhatten your treated like 2nd class. If your a man you will be promoted even if your encompotent.

Mismanaged. Company growing too fast for the management in place.

Great product, easy to sell

Cons

Poor management. Very disorganized. Company is growing too fast for the inadequate management in place. When things are going south they tend go blame everyone and take no responsibility to back up the employee. You are expendable and they make sure you know it.
