It’s turned into a business not a patient care facility. Management doesn’t seem to care about good employees. No flexibility

Benefits (although many co-workers said they’re better at other hospitals)

Cons

Catty co-workers and management. Poor management who fuels the fire of gossip and bullying (assistant manager can’t even spell). Cliques. No employee appreciation. Set up to fail. Poor training.
