Claims market analysis of wages makes them competitive when it objectively isn't true. Wants employees to be gullible simpletons that believe it hook, line, and stinker.

Co workers work hard, pay is decent. Good work experience. Flexible scheduling is their strongest quality, especially for student employees.

Cons

Management is stifled either by their incompetence, or by their superiors. Not all employees are treated equally. Management cares more about minute details than employee satisfaction. Pay should be better.
