      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, supportive team atmosphere, consistent schedule in my dept, decent insurance benefits

      Cons

      Major disorganization from the top down in terms of project management, lack of proper communication amongst teams and leadership, sub-par company culture within the dept, the approach of putting out fires instead of proper planning to avoid such mishaps due to poor planning does not set a positive tone with staff,below average salaries compared to other area hospitals

      Pros

      Caregivers are wonderful. Physicians and Nurses cannot speak highly enough about. Insurance Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Physicians not provided sheltered time to assist in non patient care activities. Information Technology hired a consulting firm to provide a review. Hopefully it will help as individuals are laid off and terminated without cause. October and November 2019, IT laid off a number of individuals with various years of service. Minimal severance packages were given to those laid off. That was the hospital's way of saying HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
