Thank you for providing your positive thoughts on the nature of our business and the colleagues whom you have worked with. In terms of compensation, we aims to provide competitive total compensation and we also strive to offer a good benefits package to all our employees; as with most companies, pay is linked to personal and company performance. Christie’s is a seasonal company that by nature is fast-paced and exciting. Therefore, volumes of workload will vary. Our overtime policies ensure we remunerate colleagues for these fluctuations in workload. In reference to your comments around investment and career progression, we have identified a need for more structure around career progression and are therefore creating a more robust career path framework. We do encourage promotions from within and expose our employees to various global opportunities. Christie’s have a great track record of this. Christie’s is unique and we believe that our employees primarily learn on the job. However, we have recently strengthened our L&D team globally and have launched a global L&D offering which covers multiple training opportunities. Thank you for providing feedback. We take your comments seriously and will make sure these issues are raised. Kindest regards, Christie’s HR Team

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we are really pleased that you found your internship exciting! We are happy to hear that you have had a positive experience for your internship overall. We are sorry to hear that you feel there is no upward mobility, however we do encourage promotions from within and our interns are seen as a talent pipeline for the business. It is a shame to hear that you feel the pay is relatively low, however we do keep this constantly under review and we aim for pay to be appropriate for the nature and location of the role. With regards to your feedback about training employees, we have recently invested in our global L&D offering which covers a broad curriculum.
