Everyone is so kind, creative, and supportive. Very positive work environment day to day. Great benefits and time off. Interesting industry to be a part of. Can build great career experience.

Cons

The pay is not great, even as you move upward. Responsibilities can be overwhelming. Sales team could use a lot more people hired.
