Additionally, if you have not experienced an annual performance evaluation period, we also focus on personal and professional goals during this time to help support what each employee is working towards whether with Chrysalis Health or not. I encourage you to contact me and provide insight into what you mean by not having consistent training, manuals and supervision as this should not be the case. Thank you for your kind review Case Manager in Fort Lauderdale. Case Management is a very challenging position for sure, it was my first professional job after college and I learned so much during this time. There are ways to manage and organize your time to create the best work/life balance. It's actually one of the perks of being a Case Manager. Since your review, we have brought many new perks to the Case Management department including, but not limited to Case Management support groups, enhanced PTO program, less required annual trainings, more paid trainings and the Lead Case Manager position for growth, development potential and promotion. Free lunches are a PRO for sure...I like them too during my meetings, makes it more enjoyable. If you can think of anything we can do differently or more of, don't forget to chime in at our quarterly Think Tank sessions for employees :)
