Thank you for your feedback Current Employee! I'm glad to see that you see the flexibility and autonomy in your role at Chrysalis Health! We've recently updated our PTO Bonus structure for our fee for service positions in an effort to help our clinicians earn more time off for vacation and self-care. If you're comfortable, I would love to connect further to discuss the concern regarding limited training and gain additional feedback. 954-587-1008, ext. 1064 or peopleoperations@chrysalishealth.com

Pros

If you want to work full time and work close to 40 hours for 25 hours of pay you will be offered: Free licensure supervision Tons of free trainings paid at $15 per hour (this is nice) Paid monthly meetings with supervisor and group at $15 an hour Company laptop (you use your own phone and no stipend) Great Dental Insurance

Cons

Therapy positions are purely fee for service with a minimum requirement of 25 billable therapy hours per week. There is a very high rate of no show's and cancellations which in turn means you need to carry a unreasonable caseload (and have appt open for each). Case loads are easily 30-35 clients in order to make 25 billable hours. This means you will be required to free up time and not get paid when no show's happen. The OPT program is constantly going back and forth on changes and that is a huge red flag. Growth is good and requires change but the management in OPT is so out of touch with reality that they are flippantly making decisions and hurting staff in the process. They do not care about anything other than the 25 minimum hours... best believe that. Other cons: horrific and expensive health insurance Terrible PTO structure (again only kind of advantageous for high billers).
