Lots of support - free supervision for LCSW

Cons

Lots of work, little pay. You do a lot of extra work for no pay. You have to work till burnout to make a good paycheck. There is no pay raises or compensation for no shows which is a common occurance. Good for first job but definetly not long term.

Pros

Chrysalis is a good agency with so many people who genuinely care about the work they do and the way they do it. Even though they are a big agency, leadership does try to ensure your voice is heard through Town Halls and Quarterly Meetings. Chrysalis allows you to grow and helps support you with your professional goals. Good Benefits.

Cons

Their pay is not commensurate with experience in a few depts. and reviews are hit or miss. They had a leadership program to help you grow, but unfortunately, that has fallen by the wayside.
