Thank you for your feedback Former Outpatient Therapist. I am sorry to read that you did not have a positive experience joining our team. Chrysalis Health prides itself on providing support, training, recognition and appreciation to all staff within all departments. I completely agree with you that our most important asset is our employees. Chrysalis Health would be nothing without the amazing, diverse and dedicated staff that encompass our team. I wish you would have reached out to me to report as this is not conducive to the culture and excellence Chrysalis Health strives to achieve. I encourage you to contact me should you choose to share more at 954-587-1008 Ext. 1014. I hope you found what you needed in your new employer and are happy.

Pros

Flexibility, good training. Nice co-workers. Independence. Not much else.

Cons

Terrible pay. Poor level of care for clients. Bottom line for company's revenue is top priority. Paperwork is overwhelming and not compensated for. No travel expenses paid or wear and year on vehicle.

Thank you for your feedback former Outpatient Therapist in Fort Lauderdale. I am sorry to read that you did not have a positive experience joining our team. Your listed pros are great and I'm happy that you at least experienced those aspects of our company culture. Chrysalis Health does place our team and clients as a high priority and quality of care is continuously being reviewed to maintain excellence in care to those we serve. I encourage you to please reach out to me and provide some examples of poor level of care for clients because in order to address a potential situation, I would love insights as to what you are referring to. Please contact me at 954-587-1008 Ext. 1014. I appreciate your feedback.
