Thank you for your review current employee. We greatly appreciate the feedback and I'm pleased you've taken advantage of the flexible schedule that is offered. We focus a great deal of attention to our training and development curriculums and love to support our clinicians to develop as an expert in a particular area of interest. A travel stipend is included within your FFS rate, however, we are currently looking at ways to improve in this area and offer more. You're right...health insurance cost is incredibly high and is another area that we are addressing to lessen cost to employees on a FFS compensation plan. Please attend our Think Tank and provide more suggestions based on your experience as an employee. Thank you for your feedback Former Employee in Fort Lauderdale. We certainly do not want anyone working with us or having left us feeling like management's focus is on money. While we do need to make money as an organization to cover payroll, benefits, business supplies and overhead to run offices...our most valuable asset is most definitely our individual team members. Our turnover rate continues to improves year after year with the improvements we've made to pay, which we know we were never a leader in.
