Pros

Lots of freedom, set your own hours, very friendly staff

Cons

I've been with the company for just over a month. Just got a paycheck for $350 for 2 weeks work. I have 2 kids to feed and now I can't even afford rent this month. They simply did not give me enough quality referrals for me to have a real paycheck. Even after expanding my area to the point I'm now driving 50 minutes to meet clients, I only have 4 who are reliable. I'd like to give this a chance, but I don't think I can afford to stay with this company while I build up a caseload. In the meantime I'm doing hours of driving in my own car, phone calls on my personal phone, and notes that Chrysalis won't pay a penny for. If things change I will amend this review, but for now I feel like I made a mistake.

Current Outpatient Therapist in Tampa, I am sorry to hear of your negative experience with Chrysalis Health thus far. I strongly encourage you to please reach out so that we may assist. If a therapist does not have sufficient clients, we will extend the training pay stipend while building caseload. As of today, our new electronic medical records system is in place and includes collaborative documentation meaning progress notes are completed during session with your client...no notes to complete afterwards which is great news and we are very excited about. New hires receive ongoing support from supervisor, assigned Lead Therapist for a minimum of 3 months, and continued training during the initial 90 day orientation period. If this is not happening, I would really like to discuss further and can be reached at 954-587-1008 Ext 1014. I hope that you allow us the opportunity to prove how amazing Chrysalis Health is and the incredible work experience you can have by remaining on our team. Hope to hear from you!
