Pros

Make your own schedule, knowledgable supervisors, training opportunities

Cons

PTO accumulates at a snails pace, health insurance unaffordable, if your cienlt cancels you don't get paid.

Thank you for your feedback Former Outpatient Therapist, it is greatly appreciated! Glad to hear you thought we provided good trainings opportunities and our supervisors are knowledgeable...great stuff! You're absolutely correct...outpatient therapy is very hard work and not for everyone at Chrysalis Health. We do have monthly PTO bonus programs (not sure if you were able to earn) which provides increased PTO accrual of 8 hours on top of the services provision accrual. Also, we implemented a 50% employer match to employee only health insurance because you're right...insurance is so expensive these days! We have also implemented Telehealth Services, which helps tremendously with cancellations and everyone using seems to enjoy the convenience. Hope you found what you were looking for and wish you all the best!

Thank you for your feedback Current Outpatient Therapist in Fort Lauderdale. There's no doubt, much information comes to you those first couple of weeks or orientation and training, but like you said, we offer lots of support and will continue during your entire tenure with Chrysalis Health. We have been working diligently to get all trainings that are not required to be in person on line and all of our remote team members can now attend via Zoom so you do not have to travel for a training. Please attend our Think Tank and provide more suggestions based on your experience. We want to hear from you to continue making Chrysalis Health the best it can be for our team members, clients and communities. Thank you for all that you do and hope your experience continues to be positive!
