-Friendly and approachable staff -Therapists that truly care about their clients -Awesome training department/HR staff! -Independent work -Down to earth and friendly executive team -Loved that CHRO took time out of her day to send all employees a "Friday Focus." I looked forward to the positive tidbit, weekly!

You're right...the intake department did experience a lot of turnover and since you left we have made many improvements, including centralizing intake to improve oversight and support of team members. Great training/supervision/structure. Amazing staff. Overall depend my knowledge as an MHC and learned the ins and outs of social system.

Cons

There are few positions that pay well (in house). If you are looking to work in the field with a heavy case load this is the job for you. It is exacting and that demand perfection
