You will have sufficient clients

Cons

You are on your own. Administration in cliquey and you do not move up unless you kiss a** which I refuse to do. If you leave they are dismissive and it's really sad. I was there for many years to be treated like I didn't matter.

Working with a variety of diagnosis and age ranges. Lots of available, paid trainings.

Cons

Expect that 13-20% of your Clients will not show up every week and there is not reimbursement for that. Difficult to make predictable or steady income due to that. Very paperwork heavy and much of that paperwork in non-paid. No raises in two years.

Free supervision towards licensure. Referrals from all over the state. Outstanding clinical support. Ability to make your own schedule.

Cons

Pay is not very competitive. Referrals can sometimes not be consistent. No pay for no-shows/late cancel.
