There is a lot .
1) They don't give a damn about the employees . They are keen on billing the employees from the client.
2) Salary is very low and a yearly hike of 8% is max for them. 10% of Variable pay is actually paid to the employees.
3) HR people works based on their discretion. Partiality will be seen based on your activities towards them.
4) Notice period varies from person to person . If you are a mindless employee who does whatever you are asked to , then HR may (Note : May) help you in early reliving (Max: one week) or else you have to serve 90 odd days even when client feels your work is done with them. But while recruiting you will be asked to join within 10 days or even sometimes they will ask you to abscond from the current employer.
5) Actually the salary they are actually paying you , is really very less from what they are billing from your client side.
6) Not even a chocolate wrapper will be given to you apart from salary. Don't ever think of that.
7) No Learning curve.
8) Actually they don't care about employees. At the end of the day , all they care is "Billing amount on your head". Even If you have some medical emergency to relieve before a week of your notice period , they will not care about you. You have to serve those period and get them the billing amount from salary. This might change between employee as per (4).
9) There are a lot of things under the screen between Ciber and the client. Ratings and hike are not transparent.
10) No transparent policies.
11) HR people thinks all the employee are fools. And tell you a different story when you ask about any queries.
12) Last but not the least, No respect is given for your work. No appreciation , Nothing. No one even really remembers what you have done for the company.
