Unlimited vacation, excellent people-- treat you decently and let you manage your own time. Pay is good.

good pay and comunication with the account manager if you are valuable to them. IMO, just a stepping stone to the next best opportunity.

Cons

Read the handbook. If you plan to leave soon and work there under 5 years, you only get 30% of your PTO. If corp knows you are leaving, you are not allow to burn PTO in your last two weeks. No growth. Ciber is not a big company, so its hard for them to be the prime. They are usually a sub to other bigger company. The Life/Work balance depends on the prime company you report to. I dun think the same managers are still there when I was there but they watch if you post your resume online and they did come to talk to me. Because they get money for charging my hours to the prime company, they made it a difficult experience for me to exist the company. There are so much better companies to work for.
