      Boustridge pilfered until Ciber went bankrupt

      Pros

      I have great co-workers and truly enjoy the day-to-day activities of my job.

      Cons

      In 3 years, the CEO, CAO and the Board of Directors drove Ciber from a debt-free company with near billion dollar revenue stream to Chapter 11 bankruptcy by 1) hiring unqualified friends into executive roles 2) making grossly incompetent and costly investment decisions and 3) spending lavishly on themselves, friends and family and expensing the costs through the company.

      Pros

      I have 11+ years of experience and working in CIBER from past 3 years. I never saw a company being friendly to its employee apart from CIBER. Many Experienced people, employee caring HRs, Immigration and Manager.........overall very employee friendly company.

      Cons

      Top Management killed this great company ==> CIBER.

      Pros

      The consultants are great to work with, benefits are decent, and the pay is competitive.

      Cons

      They do not maintain a bench. If you are on an active project, you are safe. When your project ends you better already have another job lined up, no matter how long you have been utilized. Consultants are let go at the drop of a hat by upper management without discussion with their direct manager. there is no real upward mobility. Ciber operates like a temporary staffing agency.
