Lack of vision, no severance package

Not much besides being employed

Cons

Hired 3 months back, never seen my boss. Hired to build a practice, let go due to no pipeline before practice was build in Americas. No notice, no severance package when let go even if it's not your fault. HR said they can be reached out anytime if i have questions, left several messages, sent emails next day, no response.

It used to be a good company to work for.

Benefits are not what they say they are. They have an unlimited PTO plan that is in no way unlimited Leadership changes frequently Bonus's were not provided when they should have been Company does not have a good direction or leadership Company does not pay 2 week notice resignations This company is sinking fast and it is best to stay where you are then join this failing organization The company does not seem to care at all about employees and people are getting fired left and right. The company does not follow it's own mission and vision

The best thing about working at Ciber are the wonderful, caring rank and file employees. They are smart, dedicated and hopeful for change in leadership.

Cons

As a former 16 year employee working in the corporate office, it has been shocking to witness the incompetent and dishonest board of directors including the ceo.
