Pros

Opportunities galore for one who can put in the required efforts. Excellent work-life balance, if you believe in such a concept Have to negotiate well before joining.

Cons

Frequently changing HR policies(some absurd) regarding performance appraisals. They come up with some formulae so that you won't get much of your variable pay(for most projects).In the one year I worked, appraisal criteria changed twice. Not much drive in the higher management team, just trying to show savings on costs rather than planning for concrete business strategies.
