      A Company With NO Values!

      Pros

      Can't think of any pros for this company. It's just not worth it.

      Cons

      - Rude Unethical Liers - No Sick Leaves and holidays. Even if your client is off you should work from home. - Almost no benefits. 401K matching is vested after 2 years nothing before that. -Low pay, no growth. -If you are working onsite at client's office then Ciber doesn't have anything to do with you. They are just there to approve your timesheet.

      The best Pro was leaving.

      Cons

      Shame on Ciber for how they treat their employees/consultants. They have no respect for anyone. All they care about is money and all you have to do is type in "ciber" in the news and they are all over the pages. Just shows what happens when you don't care about employees and only money. The ship is going down. Do not even think of working for Ciber. Pay is terrible - no raises in 4 years. We never got a review when we were supposed to so never knew how we were doing as far as goals.

      Co-workers are eager to help one another.

      Cons

      Haven't paid employee expenses in months. Zero communication and total lack of concern for employees. Employees resigning weekly. Shares are at .31 cents. No idea when we will get our expenses paid.
