      Yet another executive management change

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to see a variety of project types, industries and client environments. Great online (CBT) training through skillport.

      Cons

      Continual reorgs, cutting staff, deciding what services are going to be offered, and struggling to meet revenue and expense targets. Bonuses are promised but rarely delivered.

      Some recruiters are allowed to work remotely

      Cons

      Pay is not very competitive, attaining goals is very much dependent upon the work assigned to you (which you have no control over ). Company does not know when to walk away from bad business. Benefits look good on the surface but are really not very competitive
