      Pros

      I've been with Cinder Staffing for nearly 7 years with continuous employment and I am continually impressed by how well Cinder treats their employees. They offer a competitive salary, great benefits, have very professional and friendly management and are a socially conscious company that really tries to give back to the community. They have really earned my loyalty and I would highly recommend them.

      Cons

      None. Cinder is the cream of the crop as far as staffing companies are concerned.

      Another Dead End

      Pros

      They can place you in a position without any interview process. Pay is OK compared to others.

      Cons

      They fire people left and right without cause or warning. They provide no benefit to their employees or clients. They're looking to fill positions and collect cash. It is weird working for a non-verbal manager.
