Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about working here at Cinder. We appreciate that you highlighted the benefits we offer and our efforts to provide flexibility when possible. In regard to your comments on salary, there are multiple components that are part of a salary computation, including the employee’s stated expectations, the client’s budget and benefits. We are constantly seeking to improve our procedures for onboarding and increasing employee feelings of connection to Cinder. We have staff at most client sites on a regular basis to ensure frequent contact with our team and encourage anyone with thoughts they would like to share with the Cinder executive team to please email Feedback@TeamCinder.com .
