      Pros

      Benefits Pay based on performance Performance leads to opportunites

      Cons

      The higher you move up in the company, the more it is about who you know. The company is going away from takng care of their people. More focused on numbers, policies, procedures, etc. They do a poor job of rolling out the changes within the organization. The people involved in making the decisions for things to changes are in the corporate office and do not really understand what really happens at the local facilities. Pay plans changes yearly. They are rolled out a quarter into the year. They are late to pay you the money you have earned.

      Pros

      Cintas is a very competitive environment; if you put in the work (not in hours terms) and execute, you will be recognized. They love to promote from within the company and the culture is something that is reiterated every day. The compensation structure is mostly bonus based, and people in the Sales Department are usually the highest paid. A great place to enter the workforce; they will teach you a lot and are always looking to promote people. Do your job and exceed expectations and nothing but good things will happen.

      Cons

      Cintas is a very "GE like" Company - it can easily become an individuals battle and teamwork is sometimes hard to come by. More of the what-did-you-do-for-me mentality. Frustration leads to arguments etc etc. It is very easy to be shady in this company. There are a lot of people who can definitely learn something from Adam Sandlers Business Ethics debate. If you want to get ahead yourself and screw over your co-workers AND the customer, it is very easy. Beware of the drama, because if you let it then it will absolutely consume you.

      Pros

      Very good compensation & benefits. Some of the best paying sales jobs in the industry. Great place to learn how to sell. Management is compensated based on how well their team performs, so there is a definite incentive to make sure that individuals succeed. The opportunity for advancement exists if you are willing to relocate and stay within the same business unit.

      Cons

      Very much a meat grinder with a premium placed on results above anything else, including integrity. The expectation is to hit your number no matter what - no excuses! Limited ability to move outside of your assigned business unit and explore alternate career paths. Questionable eithical behavor is rewarded and tacitly encouraged.
