      Pros

      I came to Cintas to get out of a toxic work environment.

      Cons

      Out of the proverbial frying pan, and into the fire. It went well at first, then the cracks started appearing. Turnover in SSR's averages just over 3 weeks. My location hasn't been "fully staffed" in over 2.5 years, (my tenure). The ideal SSR is a robot that sells, not a person. Taking personal time for illness or family issues makes you less of an employee in management's eyes. The phrase "do it for your family" is thrown around a LOT. However, if you want to actually spend time with, or do something for your family, *most* management looks down on you. If you can't eat, sleep, & breathe Cintas, then don't apply as an SSR.

      Pros

      Great opportunity for advancement. Action packed workplace. Cintas acquired my company, which was more of aquality/ customer oriented company. Cintas provides a lot of incentives, to make sure your money matches your performance. You can move up in the ranks here faster than any other company I know of.

      Cons

      As a manager, very little personal life time. Expect to work 60 hours a week in upper management. Cintas is much more growth-profit oriented. If you are not hitting your numbers, do not expect to have your position much longer. You have to constantly perform. There are not many long-term managers. The good ones are promotred and the bad ones are fired or demoted.
