Very relaxed work from home, I had good managers than allowed me to be flexible with my hours and supported me

Cons

High turnover, I had around 10 months total with no manager. The pay is poor, and I received a 0.8% pay rise after one year there. Also very stingy with benefits. I had to pay for my own development courses and had very small limits on train and petrol reimbursements
