      - Benefits - Unlimited PTO - Remote First

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - Management unable to clearly define their roles and expectations - Chaos with trying to use multiple systems for different entities of the company -Poor merger experience -Unable to provide the tools to do your job effectively creating more manual work - Limited opportunities for growth due to lack of progression planning -Goals and bonus determined by inaccurate data due to lack of tools/software -Talented employees ending up burned out because of unclear goals and lack of tools to do the job

      Remote work and unlimited pto. Comes at a cost though

      Cons

      A remote job is desirable but it’s not worth your sanity. Circana is a terrible place to work. Chaos and layoffs are the only constant. The marketing department lacks direction and is not strongly valued within the organization. Marketing leadership doesn’t know or care how marketing works. Layoffs happen every month at Circana. All toxic workplace traits are present. Favoritism is rampant. Managers will throw directs under the bus to save themselves. Turnover is high and many experienced marketers have departed. Avoid.
