Layoffs, constant changes with software used, no backfilling positions and just expected to make up the work, never merged both companies, still operating separately with no synergy or alignment. Pre-merger it was a great place to work with a clear focus on clients, now since the merger just corporate jargon in endless meetings and buzzwords. Pay is below industry average and since covid good luck getting a reasonable raise, bonus, etc.

Since the private equity takeover and merger, the company culture has been weak. I did not meet more than one person from the other company post merger (in almost 6 months). The bottom line numbers are all that matter now, and there is no culture or real connection to your colleagues. They overwork some teams and then some seem to do nothing. I really enjoyed working at the company before the private equity takeover and merger, but I am much happier now that I’ve left.
