Pros

No cost of living increase this year but Stuart and the executive team get to keep their multi million dollar salaries. They plan on replacing the workforce with AI and have already been outsourcing to South America and India

Cons

Terrible place to work, no growth opportunities.

Pros

unlimited PTO and remote work are the ONLY perks of working here

Cons

Do not work here if you value career growth or compensation for your work. Upper management is so out of touch and they continue to lie and mislead employees. NCS was acquired in June by Circana and they acted as though they wanted NCS products and employees. However, once the deal went through, all of NCS products are on the way out, client relationships terminated, and chaos on every team. The morale is extremely low across the board. People are leaving every other day. No promotions, no raises, just more work with less resources. Rather than paying internal employees the salaries that they are advertising for open roles and the salaries that they deem appropriate for the workload - they would rather higher externally and pay external hires a higher, fairer wage.

Pros

Remote work Some good people work here

Cons

The culture is dominated by micro-management, insecure leaders, and empty promises. Leadership talks endlessly about change, but little ever happens. The pattern is clear: acquire good companies, dismantle what made them successful (teams, leadership and products), and lose great talent along the way. Meetings drag on, personal time isn’t respected, and everything is a fire drill—leaving no real priorities and no strategy. It’s a demoralizing environment.
