      Pros

      Benefits and WFH model allows for work/life balance.

      Cons

      When I came on board, I was expecting to work with a diverse team. I'm litteraly the only African American member of a team of over 200. All you need to do is go to LinkedIn and look at the employee profiles. Unfortunately, I wasn't told to this until after I was hired.

      Good experience in terms of learning the market research industry

      Cons

      Bad salaries that are only getting worse due to leadership decision to not give salary increases. Quality of the data is also declining due to leadership negligence

      Pros

      Best retail sales data coverage. Good life balance depending on your vertical and role. Mostly good people trying to do a good job (despite continued squeeze on resources and challenging technology). Good place to for early career to learn catman insights and retail analytics basics. A lot of work was done a couple of years ago as a prescriptive solution to build culture- some of it stuck.

      Cons

      Agile competitors are outpacing our ability for fast, predictive power. Increasingly clients just want the data for use in more cutting edge analytic platforms, or their own internal modeling. A lot of time is now spent policing client use of data. Also, there is clear focus on throttling down client facing talent and offshoring operational tasks. Senior client staff job scope, continues to expand as they absorb many accounting/finance/HR/operational tasks (without compensation).
