Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. It is great to hear that you are happy with the learning opportunities at Citco. We do invest significantly in training and development of our employees. We understand that the client-focused nature of our business does sometimes lead to longer working hours than we would otherwise like. We have been transparent in communicating on this subject with our employees and we hope to be supportive of your work and personal commitments, and your health and wellbeing. We are currently in the transition phase with rapid expansion plans, we understand our employees are putting in additional efforts at this point in time. We expect the work to be streamlined as we reach a steady state. We see all feedback as an opportunity to improve. We also have an open work environment and there are multiple communication channels available to employees to voice their views and suggestions. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. While it is great to hear you mention positives around the benefits and office, it is very disappointing to read this review as this is not the Citco that I recognise. We have recently launched a process to make it easier for employees to move within the organisation, as a direct result of feedback we received through our engagement survey. We do recognise that due the client focussed nature of our business the hours are sometimes longer than we would like so we are working hard to facilitate flexibility where possible to promote and support a healthy worklife balance. We have recently launched a programme to promote flexible work arrangements for employees. Again, this was a result of the feedback received from employees so I do thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and we will continue to take all feedback on board to develop.
