      Good place to start, might not be a good place to stay

      -Generally very helpful and friendly teammates -Starting pay and contract conditions are very fair

      Cons

      -Depending on team and managers, workload varies per team. -OT discrepancies between team is very obvious sometimes. -Politics starts if you attempt to stay and climb up the ranks

      Dear Former employee, I note your positives of our people and our general terms. I also note your comments regarding OT. There are undoubtedly times when working hours can be excessive, and we recognise this as a common trait in our industry, but one that we need to be mindful of as we endeavour to protect Citco's commitment to the health & well-being of our people, and respecting their work life balance. Thanks for the feedback about monitoring the balance of OT across teams to ensure that no one team is overly burdened. That's definitely advice that we will take on board.

      Some nice peers, free beer on Fridays, breakfast cereal and fresh fruits provided, international environment. Good health insurance. Social activities.

      Cons

      No clear communication from senior management. No training - you will learn things on the go and move things forward by yourself. No career development and no support.
