time off.. if you are staffed. There are some great people who work in the branches/trenches and I have made some life long friends.

useless paperwork, redundancies and culture of cheaters getting promoted. The more smoke you blow, the higher you rise,

Pros

Easy to stand out if you are excellent. Nice benefits (matching 401k up to 5% of pay plus 2% nonelective, and tuition reimbursement, health savings accounts and adoption assistance), but they used to be 6% and 3%. Direct managers are really helpful but stretched far too thin.

Cons

Senior managers seem to have their own agenda - on paper they want feedback, but it's understood that you should not provide it to anyone besides your direct manager.
