Lots of potential, great benefits, senior managers are out of touch

Pros
Easy to stand out if you are excellent. Nice benefits (matching 401k up to 5% of pay plus 2% nonelective, and tuition reimbursement, health savings accounts and adoption assistance), but they used to be 6% and 3%. Direct managers are really helpful but stretched far too thin.
Cons
Senior managers seem to have their own agenda - on paper they want feedback, but it's understood that you should not provide it to anyone besides your direct manager.
