      Problem solving that can result in helping someone save money or earn more interest.

      Cons

      The companies products are always changing, meaning upset customers who accounts are changing a lot. Also managers are not always the best candidates to become managers and are more worried about their bonuses, than they are at helping their employees succeed.

      Pros

      Great company culture and atmosphere to work at. Products and services offered are pretty good compared to the competition. Benefits are pretty good for full time employees. Many training opportunities to help advance your skills.

      Cons

      As a teller the pay isn't great and bonuses aren't any better. The hours are not the best sometimes working late or weekends. Many branches seem to be under staffed. Meeting goals can be difficult for those who are not all about sales.
