-DCIM business model which restricted customer service bankers from doing teller transactions in order to drive sales and migrate customers from doing transactions with tellers and have them use more electronic means of banking. On paper, the model sounds great, but not every customer was on board with the banks new directive. Often times the bank would have one teller working an entire shift by themselves with a manager pulling a cash drawer to cover their lunch break. -Non competitive wages compared to other big banks

THE COMPUTERS ARE THE WORST. The current new systems and the programs are constantly crashing because they are not compatible with the out dated computers, these computers are windows 10 from 2005. So you have to imagine that they are not ready.. They have been talking about getting new computers for 4 years. Its embarrassing when you have a customer at your desk and the simplest of tasks the computer just stops working or it just doesn't move fast and the timing wheel is spinning for 20 min while this customer has now ran out of time on their lunch break. Sales environment can become fun at times and then at the end of the quarter might become a bit unethical and cutthroat. Other bankers will steal your customers that you built relationships with. Environment is good just depending on locations. They seem to make easy things that other banks do very easy process Citizens Bank will make it 10X harder. Sometimes you will have to watch your back around some of the staff.
