Toxic Work Environment

Pros

They have great benefits for 30-20 hr employees. I am not familiar with any other companies offering such great benefits. Also, the hours are great for being able to go home soon enough to cook my family dinner and still attend social events.

Cons

The work environment is very toxic unfortunately. Within my first year I was subject to heavy bullying and discrimination from a fellow teller as they are less favorable to people of color like myself. They were reported to HR multiple times but each time it was swept under the rug by my manager who explained that bullying is not a fireable offense. Also, from my experience, there is not much room for growth.
