Easy enough work however it became very stressful when the pandemic hit. workload changed and calls on hold everyday

Last minute had to be prepared to work from home

Benefits like health, dental, vision, 401k match are offered

Cons

This is a sales job, you are measured by how much sales you make. You’re also working with customer service, some who may be disgruntled at times. Your location can also play a huge part in how much you’re able to make. Much harder to sell a HELOC for example if you’re in a neighborhood where there aren’t home owner. Sales goals and incentives are constantly changing
