Pros

Good careers growth and opportunities, Great leaders and colleagues, Convenient work locations, Good benefits, and communication. Good pay compared to others,

Cons

Benefits are not that attractive for the size of the bank and the number of employees, Big time lack in technology systems, Micro Management from Regional Managers. Lots of politics in the career advancement. To advance in a career you need a connection. Bank hires from outside more often. HR don't follow-up with internal applicants in a reasonable time.

Pros

good pay. moderately decent incentive plan. No work/life balance issues. the company is very good at making a first impression to new employees, however it quickly changes once you get started. See cons.

Cons

I've noticed a lot of colleagues don't really care or support what the company is working toward. They will put on a face for the show. The managers sit in their offices on the occasional conference call, spending way too long looking at reports, and staring blankly at a computer screen while they make their employees make cold calls all day and generate sales. Management does not produce sales.

Pros

Good pto and holiday pay. Use this place as a stepping stone to something better. Don't believe their fake promises.

Cons

High and unrealistic sales goals. Lots of pressure from higher ups and regional managers to produce sales. Micromanaged a lot, pressure is high to sell and if you don't produce enough that quarter they will write you up or threaten to fire you. That leads to many bankers having unethical approaches and bypassing certain security procedures in order to try to meet their goals. Understaffed branches and pushing colleagues to do it all from account servicing to teller duties.
