      Great benefits overall, work balance life 50/50

      Cons

      They don't tell you that you need to stay for calls nights extra 2 1/2 hours every Tuesday night. And if you no part of favorite forget it! You are in trouble if you don't do wealth referrals! It's just crazy! The upper management doesn't get it that wealthy people don't bring money with Citizens goes somewhere else! Also if you make a referral your financial advisor doesn't shows up!

      Flexible workplace. Great people. Not as much pressure as larger banks.

      Cons

      They like to hire externally for promotional opportunities. Easier to leave and come back at a higher level than to get promoted internally.

      - Flexible schedule for appointments and caregivers - Decent health care benefits - job stability

      Cons

      Culture substantially varies between departments and teams. Overall, the whole culture has significantly shifted with a new re-imagine initiative enterprise wide. It was once a culture of inclusion and appreciation but has silently cut diversity teams. Pay does not keep up with market rates once inside the company with limited opportunities for raises/ bonus. leadership does not promote within. I once loved this organization and hope improvements can be made.
