      Pros

      When i joined the company, the culture was supportive - almost family-like - and a majority of the colleagues seemed to understand, and actively contribute to, the execution of a clearly defined company strategy. Unfortunately, this has changed dramatically over time.

      Cons

      Current "Transformation Program" is being poorly communicated and poorly executed. Within an environment of rolling and seemingly random layoffs, no clear direction from leadership, no training to support transition to "Agile", mass confusion among the "doers", lack of sufficient dedicated resources, mostly remote interactions, and huge uncertainly amid increasing rumors of bank's imminent purchase have resulted in zero productivity and utter chaos.

      401k match. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Everything else. Awful management. Awful communication. Endless turnover. Poor technology. Literally the worst company I have ever worked for.

      A dying company with an old boys club mentality

      Pros

      They pay more than competitors per hour, hours are reasonable, good work life balance, solid covid-19 response

      Cons

      Massive “good old boys” mentality, no opportunities for advancement, constant mass layoffs and reorganization’s, hours cut without warning which leads to less take home pay, no way to report harassment from a direct supervisor and a culture that doesn’t encourage women to speak out about that.
