      Climate controlled; the day I resigned

      Cons

      All about the sales and nothing about the service. Don't believe their warm n fuzzy tv ads. Severely understaffed at all times and horrible hours. Products are not very competitive which makes for a hard sell.

      Pros

      $20 per hr. Semi flexible schedule. Nice co workers. Good amount of pto . Other than these this company is declining rapidly IMO.

      Extreme micro Mgt. Company is turning into the next Wells Fargo. They always try and get us to open accts for family and friends in a pushy way. Every single Custer must get a checking account no matter what is the Moto.

      Pros

      Pto, holiday, schedule flexibility, and the employees you work with. You get to meet a variety of different customer personalities throughout your time here.

      Cons

      Working on the retail side of the business you are at the bottom of the totem pole. The pay is not sufficient for a banker and the pressure falls on you to hit unreal daily sales goals. I have heard many stories where bankers have opened fake accounts similar to Wells Fargo. Retail banking is unfortunately a dying business and money is their top priority which you will get none of.
