Pros

Decent salary, good benefits, fairly competitive product set for the most part. Good PTO policy. Still a lot of good people around.

Cons

Micro management of Biblical proportions in the retail franchise. You are not allowed to use the restroom without block scheduling it on outlook, predicting it's color and consistency weeks in advance, developing an action plan to manage the aforementioned color and consistency, all while practicing what approved grunting sounds you are allowed to make first.

Really a sales job

Pros

Great pay, vacation time, 13 paid holidays, work place environment, customer relationships and 401k options.

Cons

high sales goals, micromanaging, cold calling, sales pressure, constant changes to commission, constant changes to products, constant changes to proper ways of doing things, and dilapidated work area.

Pros

Decent pay and they paid for my licensing and hours aren't bad.

Cons

I specifically said i wasnt interested if I was going to be working as a teller. I was told I wouldn't during the interview process, but I have literally sat on the teller window 95% of the time working here and have had barely any time to actually do my job. How am I supposed to hit my quotas if you don't let me do my job? I also was told that I would receive an increase in pay when I transitioned to a Licensed Banker only for them to tell me that there was a miscommunication and I would not get it. I took this Job thinking I'd be doing financial stuff not be a glorified teller.
