      Great to have banker hours The pay is on the higher end for this position Awesome benefits to working for the company

      Staffing issues cause everyday to be a not so fun adventure Inefficient training causes a hard time for new employees especially those with little to no banking experience

      If you are an IT Professional *Stay Away* outsourcing to IBM Global-India

      Used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Citizens Bank is in the final phase of outsourcing Mainframe, Storage, Midrange and Wintel to IBM Global. Bridge Calls are like listening to a foreign shortwave radio station. Low Moral. Upper management has no clue how efficient the internal team was. Business Knowledge lost. Hopefully Van Saun pays attention during their next outage. IBM Global has no clue how to mange wire. I predict an extended wire outage would wake them up. With the proactive work that is required to keep it health it's only a matter of time until there's an outage.

      Completely sales focused while expecting all employees to take care of multiple operational tasks throughout day. Do not care about their employees at all.
