      Culture of the bank and size big enough to have meaningful footprint but no so big that you are looked at as just a number for the most part

      Struggle with direction in regards to strategy they go back and forth with many initiatives

      Pros

      There is flexibility for a nice work life balance. Also, there are a lot of engaging activities for colleague engagement.

      Cons

      There isn't a clear career path for growth. Citizens has plenty of job openings, but many of the opportunities are lateral moves rather than career advancement opportunities.
